Combined with 150 base power STAB spread damage under sun, a healthy Torkoal’s Eruption hits both opposing Pokémon for enormous damage.
The catch: Torkoal is extremely slow. It typically moves last — which means opponents can chip it before it fires. Each bit of damage noticeably reduces Eruption’s power.
