Mold Breaker means Mega Ampharos’s Electric moves hit Levitating Pokémon — the ones that would normally be immune to Electric’s Ground-adjacent properties. Rotom-Wash, Gengar, and others that count on Levitate to dodge Ground-type moves still get hit by Mega Ampharos’s Thunderbolt.
165 base Special Attack
At 165 base Special Attack, Mega Ampharos has one of the highest Special Attack stats in the game. Thunderbolt (90 base power, 30% paralysis chance) hits very hard. Dragon Pulse with Mold Breaker coverage rounds out the attack set.
Speed problem
