- Fire-type moves deal ×1.5 damage
- Water-type moves deal ×0.5 damage
- Solar Beam uses no charge turn
- Synthesis, Morning Sun, and Moonlight recover 2/3 max HP (instead of 1/2)
- Thunder has 50% accuracy (instead of 70% in clear weather)
