What it does

Drizzle activates the moment it enters the field — instant permanent rain, no turn wasted. Hurricane is 100% accurate in rain. U-turn switches to the Swift Swim attacker while dealing chip damage and keeping momentum.

Why it's threatening

Without knocking out Pelipper, rain never ends for rain-team opponents. Even if you deal damage, it U-turns out, heals on a berry, and comes back later to re-trigger Drizzle if Tyranitar rewrites the weather. Removing rain requires keeping Pelipper dead for the whole game.
